2.2 User's Obligations

The user is obliged to provide correct and complete information about the vehicle and project requirements. It is forbidden to use our services for illegal purposes or purposes that infringe on the rights of third parties.

• Respecting the intellectual property of all presented materials.

Turcorover is not liable for indirect, consequential damages, or profit losses resulting from the use of the services, except in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence.

Our services are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific results under extreme operating conditions that exceed the designed parameters. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

All prices are displayed in lei (RON) and include VAT, where applicable. Payment terms are stipulated on the invoice. We do not accept returns for customized engineering services or consultancy already provided.

For physical components (parts), the return policy is valid within 14 days of receipt, only if the product is in its original packaging, uninstalled, and undamaged.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice and without the right to a refund.

The user may terminate the use of services at any time by notifying us in writing. Any payment for services not rendered at the time of notification will be refunded proportionally.
